Shipping and
handling fees are a
combination of the fees needed to pay for
shipping something and the labor involved in
“handling”
that shipment.
Handling Charges?
- the cost of handling (not calculated into
the cost of the products): which includes
the cost of packaging and the labor involved
in "handling" the mailing an order.

Hangers are usually shipped within 2-3 weeks on standard Grips and
up to 4-6 weeks on
Custom Grips. If you need your order
expedited for an addition charge or if you
need to cancel your order please
contact us
via email or phone within 48 hours of
placing your order. If your order is "time
sensitive" such as a gift, you must
let us know in advance.
Most orders are shipped via UPS ground, USPS
or common carrier, FOB. Orders shipped UPS,
freight charges will be added to your
invoice and charged to your credit card at
time of shipment. For orders placed online
through Paypal
shipping is pre-paid. Rates are determined
by the number of units ordered of the
merchandise and its final destination.
Others, shipping is figured on dimensions and
weights of our products and its destination, Grip Studios
can
not always determine nor guarantee the
freight or shipping charges online.
Excluding orders placed online thru Paypal, the figures
are estimated UPS or USPS charges, if there
is a difference in the calculated rate and
the actual rate a sales person will call or
email you. All rates are based on complete
order shipments. If your order can be
condensed into smaller cartons we will
condense the shipment, your shipping rate
will be recalculated on new packing. If you

sales@guitargrip.com. All oversized items 100+# (merchandise that exceeds
the UPS size limitations) and large volume
orders will ship via UPS-SCS or similar
carrier.
Invoice along with shipping must be paid in full prior to
shipping. All shipments sent and refused,
will result in customer being billed for all
shipping charges, an additional $25.00
refusal fee and a restock charge of up to
25%.
Inspect Your Order:
Grip Studios ensures that all shipped merchandise is shipped free
of defect or damage at time of shipment.
Please open and inspect packages for damages
immediately upon receipt. Contact the
carrier with any damages or Grip Studios
with any other concerns.
Return Policy Merchandise may be returned, within 30 days
of receipt, to be returned packed in the
original packaging and in like new condition. Returns are to be
returned freight/shipping prepaid by you the
customer. Custom, special order and drop
shipped merchandise may not be returned.
Returns may be subject to a restocking
charge. If you need to return merchandise

associates will assist you or email us at

Damaged Shipment Transportation damage claims must be filed
by you the customer with the freight
carrier. Save all packing materials and
paperwork. If via common carrier, inspect
all merchandise and note the damage on all
copies of the freight bill. Do not sign for
any damaged, shortages or refuse the
shipment until the delivery person notes on the freight bill your exception. If
shipping via UPS call (800) 742-5877 for an
inspection tag. All damage claims must be
filed within 5 days of receipt to be valid.
